The front desk can be seen on the right after entering the reception gate.Check-in is common to all buildings from 15:00, check-out is 10:00 for dome tents and cabins, and 11:00 for suite villas and dog villas.Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems during your stay from 7:00 to 21:00, when the staff is stationed. (For hotel guests, we will inform you of the emergency contact number that can be handled outside of 7:00 to 21:00.)

Guests are welcomed with comfortable sofa seats and a fire pit.In the lounge, we have a drink server with wine directly from Yamanashi's long-established winery "SADOYA", Koshu wine and grape juice, so please enjoy as much as you like during your stay. (Free drink service for wine and grape juice is available from 7:00 to 21:00.)
